Staff Development

At Pet Clinic, we value staff development and team building. As such we encourage further education and customise our monthly schedule to enable the staff to pursue lessons /courses in their areas of interest. The clinic is closed once a month for a general meeting where problems and current issues are discussed . During these monthly meetings the staff also take turns to give a presentation on veterinary related topics. We have quarterly staff outings and annual overseas retreats to relax,  recharge and to help foster bonding.
